It's better if you attend another course - An Introduction to Human Experience Management, available free of cost at open SAP, to first have an understanding of the context of SAP SuccessFactors Solutions. 


The next, highly recommended, course is HRSF1 - SAP SuccessFactors Overview, which enables learners with understanding various modules of the cloud HRIS, from HR processes perspective. 


After attending the above-mentioned courses, SFINTRO1 and HRSF1, you can start the THR80 training directly. 

What should I expect to learn if I attend the THR80 - SAP SuccessFactors Platform Introduction Academy Training? 

The course teaches a variety of concepts, from Technical Introduction of the HR Solution to its Configuration & Customization, as well as Secruity. It also introduces learners to various Tools used across modules, including Analytics, in addition to the System Administration

How much effort is required to understand all of the concepts presented in the course?

The course is structured in 8 Learning Units and 24 Lessons. It has a total of 40 exercises for your to practice your learning. 

It can be covered from 3 to 5 days, and is available in Virtual Classroom setting as well as within SAP Learning Hub - where it can be taken as E-Learning.

When you take the course, its content is assigned to your SAP Learning Hub account. Select the course to access the learning modules. 


What course I should take after completing the Platform training?

Any. Depending on your interest, in terms of HR processes, you can select any of the SuccessFactors modules, to learn and develop skills in. By taking THR80, you'll be well-equipped with the necessary knowledge to continue with any course.
